The Iași Branch of DBP Insolvency and Restructuring SPRL was established in August 2025 through a partnership between DBP and one of the most renowned insolvency practitioners in the Moldova region, Mr. Gheorghe Moraru, a highly experienced professional in judicial reorganization and liquidation.

The branch’s mission is to expand DBP’s presence in Moldova and strengthen its operations by integrating and developing local resources to ensure the efficient administration of judicial procedures across the region and its surrounding areas.
