With over 25 years of experience in national litigation, she brings extensive expertise in civil, administrative, banking, insolvency, and arbitration law, having also appeared before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
Additionally, DBP is strengthening its insolvency practice by partnering with Ionela-Mariana Ghiugan, holder of CII GHIUGAN IONELA MARIANA, who joins as a permanent collaborator. A former syndic judge, she has specialized in insolvency since 2004, with over two decades of experience at the Bucharest Tribunal and direct involvement in drafting insolvency legislation.
